Der „Used/Washed“-Effekt unseres Denimstoffs wird durch den modernen Einsatz von Laser erzielt, der die Indigo-Pigmente im Gewebe verbrennt, wobei die Intensität angepasst wird, um den gewünschten Denim-Ton zu erzielen. Dadurch wird der massive Verbrauch von Wasser und der Einsatz umweltschädlicher Chemikalien ersetzt.
